About Home and Community-Based Services (HCS)

The Texas HCS program is a Medicaid waiver program that was developed to open access to quality, individualized, consumer directed services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are available to individuals living in their own home, family home, or with a paid companion. Services may also be provided to individuals living in small group homes where no more than four persons may live.

Our Mission: Lauren Mckenna HCS, LLC is committed to providing quality, individualized services for persons with developmental disabilities through which their greatest potential toward independent living and integration can be obtained. This is realized through the provision of comprehensive community-based services and supports that encourage individuals to choose where and how they live, work and socialize.
