What Parents Are Saying About The Program
My
Provider of Choice
First
let me introduce ourselves. My name is Linda Lambert
and my spouse is Jamie.

This
young lady is Jessica. She was born with Down syndrome
and has been a part in our lives for 21 years now.
As parents we are very proud of all of her accomplishments
in her young life. It has been our goal to provide
her with the best love and care that we could bestow
upon her. Having heard of the HCS program a few
years back, we enrolled Jessica on the waiting list.
We all know how long it takes for your time to come
up. After saying that I want to add that I think
it is great that such a program exists and it is
well worth it once you become eligible. This is
what brings me to the point that I want to address.
Finding the right provider is the most important
part of the process in my point of view. The provider
should be able to take care of all the needs that
each individual deserves. Each and every person
has different needs to be addressed and you want
a provider that can handle and deliver that on a
regular basis. McKenna LLC is the
dedicated provider that we have chosen for our daughter.
I am so delighted with Lauren and her wonderful
staff! The picture above says it all. Jessica enjoys
the activities and really loves the Thursday bowling
day. Oh by the way, the young man in the background
is Thomas. He has Autism and also enjoys the bowling
and activities as well. We all know what the loved
ones in our lives needs are, be sure that they get
it and check out your provider and get some input
from the other families that has individuals in
the program.
Our choice was McKenna LLC. We
want the best for Jessica and we have found the
provider that has covered all the expectations and
needs for our daughter. Give Lauren and her staff
a call. It may be what you looking for in a provider
as well. Feel free to call me too!
Bless
you all!

Dear HCS families,
As most of you already know, having a family member with any kind of special need is challenging. Finding quality care, finding support and finding peace in a program that was designed with these things in mind is far more difficult than it should be. After all, that call saying your family member had made it to the top of the list is what we've all dreamed of!
Unfortunately, that does not guarantee the quality care we all expected. There are many organizations
and individuals that are only in this business to make as much money as quickly as possible. That is not
the case if you are fortunate enough to come across Lauren McKenna!
Lauren and her staff are like a cool breeze on a hot day. Their sincere caring attitude and honesty are
what the HCS program was supposed to be. Lauren's experience in the field is real and not inflated
or simply made up. She takes to heart what your family member needs for a life filled with dignity and
purpose. Her staff works hard to ensure a program designed specifically for what your family member not
only needs, but what they actually want. Decisions are made collectively with family and client and not based on what will work for the provider.
I highly recommend Lauren McKenna. In my opinion, this is the very best of the best! My brother has
thrived in ways even I didn't think possible. Her facilities are lovely, her staff caring and she is the real
deal!
Sincerely,
Marilyn Shannon

To
whom it may Concern:
It
is with great pleasure that I recommend Lauren
McKenna and the Community Connection. I have
known Lauren in a variety of capacities for
thirteen years. She is my son's HCS provider
and has been working with him for nearly a year.
I have worked with her staff in the past. They
are great to work with and always willing to
help with the clients.
Lauren
has always displayed a high degree of integrity,
responsibility, and ambition. She is definitely
a leader rather than a follower. In addition
to her |

excellent
scholastic accomplishments, whe has proven her
leadership ability by organizing with me for
years in Houston, TX to provide athletes with
intellectual and other related developmental
disabilities the opportunity to compete and
learn good sportsmanship.
The
Community Connection is a well run program.
Lauren takes the time to design a program for
each client. In order for a program to continue
to grow, the clients have to be happy and kept
busy. She is doing all the right things, because
her program is growing everyday. Every client
is special to her and the clients all love Lauren.
In
summary, I highly recommend Lauren McKenna to
be your child's HCS provider. I am happy to
give her my wholehearted endorsement.
If
you have any questions, please do no hesitate
to contact me.
Sincerely,
Janet
